At Kapiti Castles we try to be as flexible as we can. We offer a variety of payment options and ways to pay so that we can meet the needs of all our clients. Please note that we do not offer credit.

Cash on Delivery

Payment for your booking can be made in cash to the delivery team on arrival. If you require a receipt, please notify us before the event.

Eftpos/Debit/Card Card on delivery

Our delivery team have portable eftpos machines available in the vehicles which will allow you to pay for your booking using your bank card. Please notify us before the event if you wish to pay this way. We do not have a surcharge for credit card payments.

Layby

We have developed a Layby system that allows you to pay for your booking over a long or short period of time. You can view more about our Layby option by clicking here.

Invoice

If you require an invoice for your booking, please contact us no less than 14 days before the start date of your event.

Birthday Club

You can join our birthday club and build up your balance over the year and receive great incentives and discounts. You can learn more about our birthday club by clicking here.

Over the Phone

Our accounts team are available to process your payment over the phone using your debit or credit card. Please call our accounts team on (022) 099 0843 with your booking reference.

Online

Payment for your booking can be made using our online portal with your credit or debit card and must be completed no less than three working days before your event starts. Please contact us for an invoice.

Bank Transfer

Payment via a bank transfer is accepted if it is processed no less than 48 hours before the event start date. Please contact us for an invoice for full payment details. Please put your booking ID as the reference for your payment so we can assign the payment to your booking.

Cheque

Payment can be made by cheque, but they must be received at least seven days in advance of the event start date and are to be made payable to ‘Kapiti Castles Limited’ and posted to ‘PO BOX 203, Paraparaumu, Wellington, 5032’. Please include your booking reference on the back of your cheque so that we can assign the payment to your booking.

Please be aware that all payment are non-refundable unless the booking falls under our adverse weather policy stated in our Terms and Conditions Page. If you require a refund, our accounts team will process this in the system and organise a voucher to the value of your booking (minus an administration fee) or at their discretion arrange a transfer of the funds back to you.

We do not offer credit under any circumstances and all bookings are to be paid for before the delivery team arrives or on delivery.

If payments are not received by any of the above methods before the start of the event, we reserve the right to either cancel your booking which is classed as a refusal of delivery under our terms and conditions, or complete your event and charge an additional 15% to cover administration costs associated with late payments. If you are unsure about which payment method will work for you, struggling to organise the funds or would like to may payment in another way not mentioned, please don’t hesitate to contact us as we are flexible and we will work with you to make your event stress free.

Cyber Crime Policy

Our Bank Account Details are available on request to accounts@kapiticastles.co.nz. Our bank details have not changed since Kapiti Castles started and if you receive an email stating a change in bank details or an invoice or payment request that you did not ask for, please contact us immediately for further advice on (022) 099 0843. Our company will not be held liable if you transfer money to an incorrect account.
