We pride ourselves on our strong commitment to providing a high standard of safety throughout our hire range. From a single piece of equipment through to a fun event set up, every event is treated with the same approach to safety and we strive to be the best at what we do.

The main legal requirement we adhere to is the bulletin issued by workSAFE NZ towards their recommendations about inflatable operation.

Public Liability Insurance

Kapiti Castles has public liability insurance from a specialist insurance provider (conditions apply). Please note that our public liability insurance is renewed each year. If you require any further information prior to this, please contact us.

Employers Liability Insurance

Kapiti Castles staff are covered by employer’s liability insurance from a specialist insurance provider (conditions apply). If you require any further information prior to this, please contact us.

Testing & Inspection

All electrical items are all tested and tagged every 3 – 6 months (depending on the requirements of the equipment) and individual test certificates are available upon request

Inflatables are annually checked and inspected, and certificates are issued confirming compliance

Staff and Training

The Kapiti Castles team are all:

·         Fully trained by the Kapiti Castles management team.

·         Presented in distinctive uniforms making them easily identifiable at events

·         Friendly, experienced and approachable

Risk Assessments & Method Statements

Kapiti Castles have comprehensive risk assessments for each piece of equipment. These are constantly reviewed and include operating and a range of factors relating to the equipment. Individual risk assessments are available upon request
